Sales Executive

The primary function of the Sales Executive is to continuously bring in streams of new client revenue to Monster Media as well as grow existing relationships through implementation of fresh, innovative strategies.  

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build lead lists of companies to target for advertising in various markets.
  • Secure meetings with key decision makers at the client and agency level
  • Present Monster Media’s products to perspective clients effectively
  • Develop proposals that target client’s marketing and sales objectives
  • Generate a high volume of sales activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals and meetings
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and upsell for the following year
  • Generate revenue thorough new sales in Digital, Social, OOH and Events
  • Consistently meet/exceed quarterly sales budget
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure positive customer experiences and complete client satisfaction
  • Actively pursue involvement in speaking engagements/boards within vertical
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to generate business and expand existing accounts across all verticals

Requirements

  • 5+ years advertising sales experience in digital media with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and outperforming revenue goals
  • Extensive experience canvassing and cold-calling into brands, agencies, etc
  • Familiar with Out of Home, Digital Out of Home, Retail and social media
  • Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining those relationships
  • Understanding of interactive development and creative processes
  • In depth experience and solid knowledge of retail design, production and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Excellent public speaking skills

Responsibilities

  • Mobile app experience (iPhone, Android, etc.) a big plus

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the deployment of both temporary and permanent systems nationally including managing budgets, building action/deployment plans, supervising & sourcing staff, and maintaining the systems upon installation.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage full work breakdown schedule including staffing needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple small – medium sized projects
  • Responsible for procurement, planning and deployment on a national scope.
  • Build and track action plans and budgets for installation and deployment process.
  • Develop relationships with vendors, venues and clients.
  • Organize travel arrangements for installation staff according to project needs
  • Provide reporting to senior management representing the development of project objectives, negotiations of project scope with client, risk identification, negotiations on project deliverables.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in all areas, including, but not limited to, project management, translation of business requirements (KPI's) to project deliverables and test requirements, risk identification/mitigation, use of project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, project intervention, knowledge transfer and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background.
  • Participate in the development of department guidelines, policies and operations, including defining requirements for complex and non-standard department methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in video display systems and installation
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of detailed work, multi task and continuously prioritize tasks.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines and having flexibility with project structure
  • Minimum 3 years experience in project management
  • Basic understanding of computers, networking and EVDO wireless communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of tradeshow operations (preferred).

Systems Installer

The System Installer is responsible for the deployment and installation of Monster systems both temporary and permanent, throughout the nation including, but not limited to maintaining the system upon installation. The Installer position is primarily install with some warehouse work.  

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an inventory check list of each system installation
  • Test inventory
  • Package & ship inventory
  • Create packlists based upon the needs of a campaign
  • Travel to scheduled install
  • Perform pre-installation site visits
  • Assemble and configure systems
  • Install Monster systems for long-term use and short-term event rentals
  • Connect systems to Monster Media network
  • Prepare post-installation reporting and present to management
  • Remote monitoring and maintenance of all systems
  • Track all system activity
  • Check in and test incoming inventory
  • Provide Inventory levels to Management
  • Prepare weekly reports for senior management to communicate status of various projects
  • Manage install timelines
  • Work with R&D and Fabrication to build systems
  • Experience with LCD monitors and tiling requested

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience with computer networking and EVDO wireless communication
  • 3+ years experience with AV system installation.
  • AA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to handle and prioritize a high volume of detailed work
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware incidents
  • Proven ability to handle a system configuration and installation programs

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day coordination of agency process and maintaining client contact for multiple accounts. Above all, the Account Manager is expected to manage and exceed client expectations for all facets of client management, content development and project execution. The Account Manager is expected to work with agency staff members to ensure the highest standards of quality of client materials and, as appropriate, develop best practices protocols for quality control for projects while also working to ensure a positive, collaborative team environment.  

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts
  • Provide guidance through Monster Media’s 4-Step Interactive Development Process
  • Plan and schedule all client meetings/conference calls to discuss the Monster Media production and fulfillment processes
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries have been dealt with in a satisfactory, timely manner
  • Communicate internally with Creative/Interactive Development, Logistics, System Administration and other agency departments to ensure all deadlines are met and that we are exceeding client expectations
  • Track installation process and completion of Monster Media activations
  • Validate completion of Monster Media activation post-launch by gathering proof of performance from appropriate sources
  • Report internally, on a regular basis, on client performance metrics
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase client retention and grow revenue from existing clients
  • Develop case studies and marketing materials
  • Assist in new business development through proposal formulation, as needed
  • Assists Managers and/or Directors on various projects, as needed
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications field desirable
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience with interactive media
  • Previous advertising agency experience desired in Client Services, Account Management or Project Management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively (proactive, not reactive thinker)
  • High-level client management, communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
